Shipping Policy
Totally Wicked ships products throughout the UK. We aim to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Order Processing and Despatch
Order Cut-Off Times: All orders placed and paid for before 2:00 pm Monday - Friday will be despatched the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be despatched the next working day.
Despatch Days: Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Saturday Delivery: Saturday delivery may be available by request for orders placed by 1:00 pm on Friday, though availability varies by location. Please speak to your account manager if you require Saturday delivery.
Delivery Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders exceeding £100.
For orders below £100, please contact your account manager for shipping costs.
Delivery Times
Next Working Day Delivery: We use DPD for our shipping services to ensure next working day delivery for orders placed before the cut-off time.
Bank Holidays: Orders are not processed or shipped on bank holidays.
Weekend Orders
Shipping Schedule: We are closed on Saturday and Sunday for shipping orders. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
Changing an Order
If you need to change details of your delivery address or amend your order, please contact your account manager or our Customer Service team. Call us on 01254 311129 between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact your account manager.
Incomplete or Missing Items
Issues with Orders: If you feel your order is incomplete, incorrect, damaged, or if we have sent too many products, please call us on 01254 311129 between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Disclaimer
*Please note we cannot accept returns of any products which have been opened after delivery. This is necessary for hygiene reasons.
*Please note that on occasion your product may not arrive on time due to issues with our courier service. Situations such as these are out of our control, but feel free to contact us so we can provide you with an update.
