Defective Products: We will accept returns for products that are damaged upon receipt. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 3 days of any damage.

Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Disposable vape products (unless received in error)
  • Clearance items
